Drawing from his own experience in family and business Lewis provides mentorship, a trusted colleague, and supportive accountability to rising generation family members. Often they are learning the family business or are on their own entrepreneurial journey and benefit from having a wingman that is supportive but neutral, and is not a family member or part of the business.

This work is done in partnership with the family or the existing family office. It may be project based or ongoing depending on the needs of the rising generation family member.
